Viswerk provides photography and videography services, including event coverage, architectural/property photography, portraits, and related post-production services. All services are provided as described in the project proposal or agreement.
2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once a signed agreement and/or deposit is received.

Payment terms, including deposit, balance, and deadlines, are outlined in the invoice or agreement.

Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Delivery and Usage

Deliverables (photos, videos) will be provided in the format and timeframe agreed upon.

Clients receive usage rights as specified in the agreement. All other rights remain with Viswerk.

Additional editing or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
4. Liability

Viswerk is not liable for events beyond its control (e.g., weather, technical failures, venue restrictions).

Clients are responsible for ensuring permission to photograph or film at locations and with participants.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Additional fees may apply for rescheduling.
6. Data Collection & Use
Viswerk collects personal information you provide voluntarily, such as name, email, phone number, and project details via contact forms or email. Data is used to:

Respond to inquiries and manage bookings.
